In late 2014, a major publisher (soon to be revealed) approached us at Sidekick with an idea for a new IP. Originally, that IP was called "Pet Hunters". Working with the teams at the publisher and SideKick, I designed and directed the original prototype for this game, as well as created the GDD and balance plan for the full scope game.
When we finished the prototype, I left SideKick to pursue new opportunities at TabTale, while the team continued with the full game. We remained in good contact, and I occasionally checked in on the game during its year of development. I'm very excited to finally see it in soft launch.
While I can't take full credit for the amazing work the team has done since, I'm proud to say the core design is still very close to my own.
